Just how upside down are you willing to you believe we are here?
Earlier this week, Bob patiently explained to one of the American senior missionaries working in our office why her allergy medications weren't effective enough: "It's because you're in the southern hemisphere," he began, "and you brought those from the United States. They don't work unless you stand on your head while you take them."
When Jan was growing up, she always heard that water runs counterclockwise down the drain in the southern hemisphere. Then a few years ago she read an online scientific article debunking the myth of the counterclockwise water. Now that we're here, we have the definitive answer. What do you think? Clockwise or counterclockwise? No Googling allowed!
And the answer is: Counterclockwise. There may really be something to this upside down theory...
